If I got cards like this, I'd look at my notes on past spreads to get more detail on those larger themes, as well as at my life to see what I wasn't opening my eyes to. I'd also do another spread with more cards. I don't think this is a particularly optimistic spread, even though the situation card is fairly lighthearted, so there's got to be something more to it.
